Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan needs no card and includes 3 envelopes a month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your account's billing page. No minimum term or cancellation fee.
What happens if I go over my plan's envelope limit?
Sending pauses until the next billing cycle or you upgrade. Nothing sends partially or gets lost.
If I cancel an annual plan early, do I get a refund?
Fees aren't refundable, but you keep full access through the end of the period you already paid for.
