Why per-seat pricing adds up
Per-seat pricing charges for every teammate who can send a document, regardless of how many they actually send. A five-person team on DocuSign's Standard plan pays for five seats even if only two people ever send anything that month. Sign has no seats to pay for: one plan, one price, everyone on the account can send within the plan's monthly envelope limit.
Is Sign missing enterprise features DocuSign has?
Yes, some. Sign doesn't (yet) offer custom branding, bulk send, or SSO, features aimed at large organizations with dedicated procurement.
