Migrating off Dropbox Sign's SharePoint integration?
Dropbox discontinued its SharePoint integration for Dropbox Sign on March 16, 2026, with no replacement and no extended transition window; Dropbox's own guidance points affected customers toward building a custom API integration themselves. If you relied on that integration to send documents for signature straight from SharePoint, that workflow is already gone. Sign doesn't have a SharePoint integration either, but it does have a straightforward upload-and-send flow that doesn't depend on one, so there's nothing here that can be discontinued out from under you.
Why the 2-user minimum matters
Dropbox Sign's single-user Essentials plan is $15/mo, but the moment you need a second person on the account, it isn't $30, it's a jump to the Standard plan at $25 per user with a 2-user minimum: $50/mo just to add one teammate.
